5- Additional Terms (not in scrum guide)- Burn up and Burn Down charts, Cone of Uncertainity,
Velocity, Technical debt
6- Product Backlog, Sprint backlog, Increment
7- Quiz
The content consists of the following sub details-
Scrum framework, Key elements include self-organizing teams, iterative development cycles (Sprints), and regular feedback loops , Scrum Principles of Empirical Process Control , Self-Organization, Iterative Development, Collaboration.
